Custom and personalized orders

We are always happy to work on custom orders; send us a message with what you have in mind. We can help you develop your idea into a tangible item. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response to your initial message.

Once the custom order has been placed, it can take anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks to complete the order. Your turnaround time will depend on how many custom orders are ahead of yours and shipment of any materials that may be specific to your project.

In most cases, assuming we do not need to wait for a specific fabric or item to come in stock, you order will ship within 1 week.

We will keep you updated throughout the process and will advise you of any time-frame changes.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We are more than happy to gift wrap your items before shipping, please send us a message. We have a variety of Disney and non-Disney papers, ribbons, and tapes available.

We take our customer satisfaction and excitement very seriously; we want you to smile as soon as you open your package!

Items are shipped in the safest, most appropriate packaging- padded envelopes and boxes are most commonly used.

Standard Packaging:
Mouse Ears are wrapped in tissue paper and when needed, bubble wrap. Jewelry & very small items will come on a small kraft paper card or packaged in a 100% recycled materials kraft box accented with designer washi tape. Each product will list the standard packaging but we are happy to accommodate requests

Care instructions

Mouse Ears: Spot clean with a damp cloth; we do not ever recommend submerging the ears as they have cotton batting inside which can become moldy if not dried properly.

Skirts: All skirts are machine washable unless the listing indicates otherwise. Every once in a while we may have hand-wash only items due to delicate/painted fabrics. This will ALWAYS be indicated before you purchase.

Scarves: Scarves should be spot cleaned with a damp cloth or hand-washed. We will indicate if there are any special instructions based on the item purchased as fabric types vary.

Jewelry: Please store in a jewelry box or somewhere safe to avoid tarnishing or damage to enamel and chain work.

If you have made a purchase and refer a friend, we will send you a coupon for 15% off your next order!

Referrals are the highest compliment we can receive so we truly appreciate them.

Please have the person you refer leave your name/social media handle or email address in their notes to seller so we can be sure to get your coupon code to you right away!

Shipping FAQ

Buyers in the US only pay shipping on the first item, all other items in the order ship free. If you are charged for more than one item, shipping overages will be refunded.

Shipping upgrades have a minimal fee per item; your order will be upgraded to Priority Flat Rate shipping where possible.

Orders over $100 always ship FREE via Priority Mail in the United States. Please use code: SHIP100 to apply the discount.

Buyers outside the United States pay a minimal fee for each additional item in the order. I do my best to keep shipping and packaging fees as low as possible.

Processing Time

Most items ship in 1-3 days; items that are made to order typically ship in 3-5 days. The processing time will be listed on each item.

If there is a delay, it will be noted on the shop home page with an expected time frame. Please contact me directly if you need your order sooner and I will do my best to accommodate.

Full Return Policy

We do not accept returns due to sanitary reasons and the personal nature of wearable items.

However, we never want a dissatisfied customer so if you have an issue with your order please send us a message and we will do our very best to make sure you are happy with the transaction. Issues are evaluated and resolved on a case by case basis.

If your item arrives damaged, please send us a description and photos of the issue (including the package) and we will replace the damaged products as well as file a case with the postal service.
